Barbed Wire with Sharp Edge on Various Fences for High Security Barrier
Barbed wire, also known as bob wire, is the most important component of barbed wire fence system.
It can be used individually to form the barbed wire fence, and it also can be attached onto various fences, such as chain link fence, welded wire mesh fence, expanded mesh fence or palisade fence for high level security barrier. With the features of sharp edge, high tensile strength and corrosion, rust resistance, they are widely used for prison fencing, airport fencing, farm fencing, ranch fencing, residence fencing, large construction site fencing and so on .
Hot dipped galvanized barbed wire specification:
1.Zinc surface density: (the more zinc, the corrosion resistance is stronger.)
2.Horizontal line wire/barb wire (g/m2): 80/60, 114/85, 175/147, 260/240.
Galvanized single strand barbed wire size:
1.Made of l line wire with 4 spikes, spaced at a distance of 70 mm - 120 mm.
2.Horizontal line wire diameter 2.8 mm.
3.Barb wire diameter 2.0 mm.
4.Number of spikes 4.
5.Packed in coils: 25-45 kg/coil, or 100 m, 500 m/coil.
Galvanized barbed wire with double strand size:
1.Made of 2 twisted line wires with 4 spikes, spikes spaced at a distance of 75 mm - 100 mm.
2.Horizontal wire barbed wire diameter 2.5 mm/1.70 mm.
3.Spikes wire diameter 2.0 mm/1.50 mm.
4.Strength of horizontal line wire: min. 1150 N/mm2 .
5.Strength of barb wire: 700/900 N/mm2.
6.Stranded wire breaking load: min. 4230 N.
