Installation method

1. Set the posts (concrete or soil)
2.Attach the rails in between posts with the brackets
3.Simply slide in each pickets to the rails ,then you're finished.

Surface treatment

• Full hot dipped galvanized. G90 or G60 galvanized coating on both inside and outside of the steel tube. Thus, the whole steel tube surface is protected by anticorrosive coating. Service life can reach more than 25 years.
• Pre-galvanized and powder coating. Corrosion resistance galvanized coating plus colorful powder coating make the steel fencing both durable and attractive.

Packing

1. Pipe punching: The hole is equality.
2. Panel welded: welded seed and the welding spot is small , looked beautiful.
3. Polishing: Make a neat edge, cutting parts must fell flat polished, there shall not be cut marks.
4. Shot blasting: Make the surface smooth, rough up the surface with small pit, improve the adhesion.
