Explosion-proof walls are also named bastion, Hesco defense wall, sand cage, welded gabion box, etc. It is a prefabricated, multi-cellular system, made of zinc coated steel welded mesh and lined with non-woven geotextile. Units can be extended and joined using the provided joining pins. It is easy to install using minimal manpower and commonly available equipment. Installation Instructions
Open the bundles and unfold the gabion box on the tough and flat surface.
Lift the side panels, end panels and the diaphragms of gabion box into vertical position.
Attach the side panel and the diaphragms together firmly with the lacing wire.
Attach the lids onto the cages.
Filling the garbage box with stones, soils and other filling materials.
Cover the lids of the gabion box and fasten the lid to the gabion box subject firmly and securely by lacing wire.
