Product Information Rolltop BRC fence are manufactured from high tensile steel bars that are welded together to provide accurate panel and mesh dimensions. Being durable, they are able to retain its shape and strength for years to come. Not to mention it is recyclabe. Thus, it is "Green" and reduces maintenance cost to a minimum.
The unique top and bottom "rolled" edges is not just decorative in appearance but give individual panel maximum rigidity and act as horizontal support between posts. Also, the uniform spacing enhances the aesthetics of the fence and provides good through visibility even during the night. Therefore, it is ideal security fencing.
What's more, individual panels can be easily replaced and the ample spacing between wires allows the panels to be cut accurately for custom sizes.

BRC Roll Top Fence Production Process:
1. Material wire (low carbon steel wire)
2.Straightening the wire and cutting short
3. Welding Panels
4. Making the rolled edge folds
5. Hot dipped galvanizing or powder coating
6. Inspection & pre-installation
7.Packaging (by metal pallet)
8.Container loading
We will do several inspections during production process:
1. material: wire diameter, pole tube OD & wall thickness;
2. size of panels, openings and welding strength;
3. finish size after folding the rolled edge;
4. pre-installation to check the hole position & U clips & bolts
Fence panel: metal/wooden pallet + bundle belt + plastic film. Here we place the BRC fence panels on the metal pallet one by one in order of face up and face down.Fence post: they are also placed in the metal pallet according to the above steps. Each post also be individually packaged with plastic bags.Fence accessories: they will be placed in carton box.
