Welded double wire fence,
also called 2D security fence, twin wire panel fencing.
It is quite popular in Europe countries, like German. Looking from far away, the wine wire panel is like the regular fencing panel. Nevertheless, unlike traditional welded wire fence as the 358 security fence and euro fence, the 2D security fence panel welded with two horizontal wires is particularly strong and firm. Doubled wire fences could be normal with huge holes or 358 with small ones. Two choices of the spacing between two doubled wires of common 2D security fence were offered: doubled every horizontal wire, doubled horizontal wire every three horizontal wires. Usually, 868 & 656 are the most common types of welded twin-wire panel fencing. 868 type welded wire fence means the panel has two 8 mm diameter horizontal wires and a 6 mm diameter vertical wire.

Posts must be buried into earth, 0.5 m minimum to 0.7 m maximum.
- Several panels could be installed on top of each other to achieve a higher height.
- On the top of the fence, if Y posts are used, razor wire and barbed wire could be fitted.
- Spacing between brackets in the post would better be 0.3 m.

The outer surface of the peach post is oval, the inner sheet is bent outward after connecting to form U shape hooking part.
1. Raw Materials:
The materials needed for double wire fence production include wire rod, wire drawing machine, wire annealing machine, wire galvanizing machine, and wire fencing machine.
2. Wire Drawing:
The wire rod is first drawn through a series of dies to reduce its diameter and create the wire strands that will be used to form the fence. Annealing: The wire strands are then heat treated in an annealing machine to soften them and make them more pliable.
3. Galvanizing:
The wire strands are then coated with a layer of zinc in a galvanizing machine to protect them from corrosion.
